SCALE Research and Services Center is a privately established, self-financed organisation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, with its head office in Islamabad.
We connect professional education with implementation, measurement and research. Our work brings together infection prevention, public health, healthcare quality and digital innovation to support practical, sustainable improvements.
