Start with a practical purpose
SCALE’s institutional approach follows five connected stages: Learn, Implement, Measure, Research and Scale. Education is the starting point for work that continues into practice, evidence generation and improvement.
Connect the stages
Professional development can be linked with defined programme objectives, practical learning and the needs of a healthcare or public health setting. The charter includes workshops, skills laboratories and hospital-based practical training among SCALE’s education areas.
Make space for reflection
Participant feedback, appropriate monitoring indicators and technical review help programme teams understand their work. Documenting lessons creates a foundation for further learning and future programme development.
